About

The fifteenth edition of the Greek Stochastics meeting will take place in Folegandros, Greece, on 26-29 August 2025. This meeting's primary aim is to facilitate a broad discussion of current research themes related to Simulation-based Inference.

Please note that there will also be a few contributed talks and poster presentations.

Short Courses

The meeting will consist of:

four short courses;
contributed oral presentations;
contributed poster presentations.

The four short courses will be given by

(Tentatively) Valentin De Bortoli @ Google Deepmind on "Denoising diffusion models".
François-Xavier Briol @ University College London
on "Robust and scalable simulation-based inference".
Arnaud Doucet @ Google Deepmind on "Denoising diffusion models".
Jeremias Knoblauch @ University College London on "Post-Bayesian frontiers for simulation".

Abstract Submission

To be considered for a talk please submit an abstract to GrStoch@gmail.com by the 2nd of May, 2025 -- Acceptance will be confirmed by 16th of May 2025 .

If you wish to be considered for a poster presentation please submit an abstract to GrStoch@gmail.com by the 4th of July 2025.

Location and Travel

The meeting will take place at the High School of Folegandros.
