The tenth edition of the Greek Stochastics meeting will take place in Athens, Greece, on 19-22, December 2018. This meeting's primary aim is to facilitate a broad discussion of current research themes related to Statistical Learning.

Please note that there will also be a few contributed talks and poster presentations.

Short Courses

The meeting will consist of:

three short courses, of 3 hours each;
contributed oral presentations;
contributed poster presentations.

The three short courses will be given by

François Caron on "Bayesian parametric and nonparametric approaches for the analysis of network data".

Arthur Gretton on "Kernel methods for hypothesis testing and sample generation".

Gergely Neu on "Reinforcement Learning". [ slides ]

Abstract Submission

To be considered for a talk please submit an abstract to GrStoch@gmail.com by the 1st of October, 2018 -- Acceptance will be confirmed by 12th of October 2018 .

If you wish to be considered for a poster presentation please submit an abstract to GrStoch@gmail.com by the 30th of November 2018.

Registration

The registration fee is 70 pounds and it includes welcome drinks, conference dinner and refreshments during coffee breaks.
